Our Valuation Team
Genco Valuation operates with a core team of seven personnel, comprising two two principal/directors and five industry specific associates.
Our team is structured much like a senior legal counsel or elite surgical team, where an esteemed industry specialist takes the lead, who is supported and peer reviewed by experienced industry colleagues.

All information submitted to Genco, as well as verbal discussions with us—regardless of whether or not we have been formally engaged by a client—is bound by our published Privacy Policy, and the PINZ Code of Ethics.
Industry Regulation
Since 2009, Genco Valuation Ltd and its principals have been associated with the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ). The PINZ regulates all Plant and Machinery valuation professionals in New Zealand, which includes all practitioners within the aviation, marine and motor trade sectors.
All Genco valuations are in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the International Valuation Standards (IVS 300 / Asset Standards for Plant and Machinery Valuations, effective 16th January 2025.)
