Our Valuation Team
Genco Valuation operates with a core team of 7 personnel, comprising 2 valuation principals/directors and 5 industry-specific associates.
Our team is structured much like a senior legal counsel or elite surgical team, where an esteemed industry specialist takes the lead, who is supported and peer reviewed by experienced industry colleagues.

Industry Governance and Regulation
Since 2009, Genco Valuation Ltd and its principals have been associated with the Property Institute of New Zealand. PINZ regulates all accredited Plant and Machinery valuation professionals in New Zealand, which includes all practitioners within the aviation, marine and motor trade sectors.
All Genco valuations are in accordance with:
